May 9: Club Meeting – Complete
The VOA of North Texas meetings are a really great way to get involved with the club! The purpose of the meeting is to share news and bring members together! And of course, it gives you another excuse to get the car out and share in some good food and entertainment!
Club meetings are held mainly every other month throughout the year, they generally happen on Saturdays and last a couple hours (although some people stay longer just to socialize). Just show up, no need to register. There is no assigned seating. It’s also a great time to grab a bite! Definitely bring your car if you can, all meetings are cruise days! Dress is casual, but Viper-wear is always a plus! While club meetings can be hosted at different locations at times (check your calendars for special arrangements), our home for most meetings is being finalized. Our location for this meeting will be at the Bunker Restaurant (it’s our main spot). The meeting starts at 11:30am, it’s fine to arrive a bit earlier.
Wayne has confirmed the Pennzoil rep will be present to give a tech talk and answer questions concerning Pennzoil products and our cars! The Pennzoil team was present at the Lone Star Le Mans last year and everyone really enjoyed getting a chance to talk to him and ask questions. He is not only very knowledgeable about their products, but Vipers as well. Also, if the weather cooperates, we thought we might saddle up and go for a drive together to stretch our legs.
