Sept 16-18 IMSA Race at COTA/ViperExchange VIP Experience

Make sure you are able to join us for 0ur 3rd time out to Austin to support Ben Keating Jeroen Bleekemolen in the ViperExchange/GasMonkeyRacing as they drive a Viper around Circuit of the Americas for the final time with the IMSA series.

This year we are doing things a little different – we have opted to not collect money for a prix fixe banquet dinner but rather make dinner plans and just have everyone pay their own way. A choose your own cost option. This way you have a little more control over your entertainment budget for the weekend.

We’ll travel over to COTA on Friday the 16th to watch the qualifying rounds and then drive to Lockhart at 5:30 for some Texas BBQ at Kreuz Market, located at 619 N. Colorado St., Lockhart, TX 78644

You have two options regarding tickets for the weekend and both options include the WEC race Saturday night:

  1. Pick up tickets for the Viper Corral – includes Viper Corral parking, a goody bag, general admission multi-turn passes for Friday and Saturday, access to turn 15 PSL tent, and a parade lap for $139/driver, $119/passenger or non-driver (no parking). Look here to purchase Viper Corral, promo code VIPER or call Austin Clement a 512-655-6464
  2. Second option is to join Ben’s Hospitality suite for Saturday’s race – includes an entry ticket for Saturday, breakfast, lunch, dinner along with beverages and a/c for ~$500 per person. Downside is no access to the Viper Corral but we heard you could buy a parking pass for about $30 on the cota web site. I’m not sure if the VIP passes work for Friday as well, I’m still trying to find out. Worst case scenario, a single day multi-turn pass sells for $49 for Friday.Of course we will have a regular evening “business meeting” back at the South Austin Marriott. Our hotel block is full.

Saturday, Sept 17th, after the race, we will be meeting at Twin Peaks for dinner at 7pm, located at 701 E. Stassney Ln., Austin, TX 78745 then back to the hotel for our nightly “meeting.”

Sunday, Sept 18th, we will depart the hotel at 9:30am for a spirited hill country drive to Greune and enjoy lunch at the Gristmill.
